Services Provided
In The Door Co. offers podcast production services, including but not limited to guest outreach, scheduling, recording support, editing, publishing, and promotional content creation. The exact scope of services will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
User Responsibilities
To ensure smooth collaboration, you agree to provide accurate and timely information, including any podcast content, guest details, or scheduling preferences necessary for us to complete the services. You are responsible for securing any rights, permissions, or clearances for materials you provide to us.
Payments and Billing
Payment terms, including fees and billing cycles, will be communicated at the time of engagement. Unless otherwise specified, services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once work has commenced. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Ownership of Content
You retain full ownership of your podcast content, including audio files, scripts, and published episodes. In The Door Co. retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, and proprietary materials used in delivering services. Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to feature your podcast in our portfolio or marketing materials as an example of our work.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality podcast production, In The Door Co. cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as audience size, engagement levels, or revenue. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms or tools used in the production or distribution of your podcast. Our liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the total amount paid by you for those services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, you remain responsible for payment of services already rendered. In The Door Co. may also terminate services immediately if these Terms are violated or if misuse of our services is identified.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or business practices. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
